The Current Event delivers impact through an integrated programming model designed to move learners from crisis to completion while strengthening the broader ecosystem that supports them. Our approach is grounded in four core pillars—Access, Support, Sustainability, and Outcomes—which work together to ensure that immediate needs are met, pathways are navigated with clarity, and long-term educational success is measurable and scalable.
Support that centers people, purpose, and possibility.

TCE Kit Build Activations are hands-on community engagement experiences that bring nonprofits, businesses, and volunteers together to meet real, immediate needs. Through activations hosted at events, workplaces, and community spaces, participants assemble essential kits that directly support students and their families in the local communities.
Each activation is tailored to the specific needs of the kit recipients with kits ranging from hygiene and school supplies to food and emergency relief items. By creating accessible, meaningful opportunities to give back, these activations strengthen relationships with the local community, mobilize volunteer power, and deliver tangible resources where they’re needed most.
The purpose of this program is to ensure that supplies and donations are poured right back into the community that needs it.

The TCE Enrichment Experience Program connects students from underserved communities with immersive educational experiences that expand their understanding of the world beyond the classroom. Through curated field trips, career exploration opportunities, cultural experiences, college visits, workshops, and hands-on learning, the program removes barriers that often prevent students from accessing transformational educational opportunities.
Working alongside schools, educators, community organizations, corporations, and cultural institutions, TCE creates experiences that inspire curiosity, build confidence, and expose students to careers, industries, and environments they may not otherwise encounter.
By intentionally providing equitable access to enrichment opportunities, the program helps students develop academic motivation, social-emotional skills, and a stronger sense of possibility for their future.
The purpose of this program is to ensure that every student—regardless of socioeconomic background—has access to experiences that inspire lifelong learning and broaden future opportunities.

TCE Community Fundraisers are accessible, community-centered fundraising experiences designed to make giving back simple, engaging, and inclusive. Hosted at local businesses, community gathering spaces, festivals, and partner locations, these flexible fundraising events allow individuals to participate on their own schedule while supporting education initiatives in their local community.
Unlike traditional galas or ticketed events, these drop-in style fundraisers eliminate barriers to participation by creating welcoming environments where community members can stop in, learn about local causes, participate in interactive activities, and contribute in meaningful ways.
Each fundraiser is customized around a specific education or community need and may include local vendors, raffles, family-friendly activities, donation stations, volunteer opportunities, educational exhibits, or community service projects.
The goal of this program is to create recurring opportunities for communities to connect, give back, and strengthen local impact through accessible fundraising experiences.
